1. Return and Exchange Period
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange an item. Unfortunately, returns or exchanges for items received more than 30 days after the delivery date cannot be processed.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:
- In their original condition
- Unworn and unwashed
- All original tags must be attached
Items that are altered, damaged, or show signs of wear are not eligible for return or exchange.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Service: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
- Receive RMA: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return shipping label if applicable.
- Package Your Item: Securely package your item, including all original packaging, tags, and any included documentation.
- Label the Package: Clearly write the RMA number on the package and attach the return shipping label if provided.
- Ship the Package: Send the package to the return address provided by our customer service team.
Note: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or there was an error in processing your order.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and issued in USD to your original payment method.
5. Exchanges
To exchange an item, follow the process outlined in section 3. After receiving your return, we will process the exchange and ship the new item. Additional shipping charges may apply.
6. International Returns & Exchanges
For international returns and exchanges, please contact our customer service. You may be responsible for any additional shipping costs, customs fees, and taxes.
